6 Pillars

Copy of Untitled design I’d like to think I am pretty honest and open, in person, as a coach and yoga teacher, and here on the site. It’s not that I express my opinions with disregard for others, but that I don’t always sugar coat things or make them more dramatic than they are (maybe). If things are meant to be tough, its ok to feel that. If things are meant to be easy, that is ok too and I hope to convey that on a regular basis.


Even so, there are definitely a few things that I haven’t been completely open about. I have mentioned that I used to be in a different career, and how I wasn’t sure if marriage was for me, and while those were both super raw, open moments, I have ever let you in to the background story. 

Until today.

A few years ago I was so stressed I was becoming sick, I cried everyday, and I had a hard time getting out of bed each day. This is where my story, my life, made a huge shift.

I want to share more with you, not because I intend for this to be a journal or diary where I air all my baggage, issues, and insights, but because the more we share, the more we can learn from each other, the more we know we aren’t alone in going through these things – the good and the bad.6 Pillars to Health & Happiness
