Let’s be honest. It has been way to long since I have been here, writing to you officially. There have been reasons, some of which I talked about in my last post. I had a big project due – writing my second book The Smoothie Life, creating the recipes, and taking all the photos for the book. I had a few months to get it done, which made it tough, and a huge lack of inspiration made it even tougher. My creativity was blocked and when it was finally unleashed, I had to buckle down and focus on the one project to make sure it was finished in time.
Thankfully, I got it done just in time and had a blast during the process. You can check some of it out, along with a few other things I was up to, by following me on Instagram here. If you’ve already checked it out, you know this is where I post insights in to my daily life, as well as additional health and lifestyle tips. It’s super fun and I’d love for you to join me there.

Also, the site got a makeover! As part of taking a break and relaunching a few things, I thought it was time to relaunch the site as well. You can now find recent articles on the main page, as well as information on my signature programs and books. As far as the blog goes, all of the same content is here, but you might also find a few health, food, and fitness related posts along the way – something I had steered clear of in the past. Why? Because these aren’t your whole health, but they are part of what makes is whole.
