Sometimes the best thing we can do for our health and happiness (aka our life) is to sit down and talk it out with someone.
Think about the times where you have felt your world was crumbling, your life was out of control, and your health, happiness, and peace of mind were falling apart. How many of those times did you finally reach out to a loved one, a friend, and confide your troubles as they listened and supported you? As they let you talk about what was going on and what you wanted from your life, you felt a bit of relief and hope again. Although this friend may have given you no advice, or maybe not what you really needed to hear, just having them there made everything better.
It may seem so simple, but it is often the hardest thing to do, because getting real with yourself, in front of someone else is no easy feat.
It can be uncomfortable, a bit embarrassing, and can pull you out of your safety net. And this is exactly what is needed to get you our of your current space and into a space where you can evolve, grow, and bloom within your personal goals, dreams, and life. As amazing as it is to sit with a friend and talk about your dreams, life, and happiness, imagine how much more amazing it would be if that friend was trained to ask specific questions, give you educated advice, and create an action plan to move past all that is not going well. It could change your life and rock your world.
This is what Personal Lifestyle Coaching is all about.
In your personal coaching session, we will zero in on exactly what areas of your life are not letting you grow and flourish in the way you want to. We’ll look at how these areas are creating a lack in your health and how that is affecting your overall happiness, joy, and ability to create more in your life. We will work together, privately from the comfort of your own home (via phone or skype) to design and put to action the life, health, and happiness you are meant to live.
In one-on-one sessions, you will work directly with me while we figure out what you want your life to be, and uncover what has been holding you back from fulfilling those dreams of health and happiness.
And while it might be a little uncomfortable, you’ll have your personal plan and health coach (me) to support you and guide you through your journey. Instead of going at it alone, or not at all, let me help you start to live you life fully and purely.
You might expect a health coach to show tell you what food to cook and what exercises to do, and then leave it at that, but there is so much more to health coaching, and so much more that affects and creates your healthy life. This is what takes this from a simple health and nutrition program to full blown health and lifestyle coaching. These programs each go well beyond food and fitness, while still incorporating them, to target the entire picture of your health and happiness.
We’ll address things such as your relationships (with yourself and others), your financial and career goals, your home and lifestyle habits, and even your spirituality. You are more than just what you eat and how you move. It’s time for your program to be more too.

One Day: Empower, 1 session
Need a little tune up? This one hour session will give you focus in your health and wellness, helping you to determine where you have lack in your overall lifestyle, as well as make an action plan to get decrease this lack and bring more balance into your life. You’ll zero in on exactly what you need and carve the path to bring it in.
One month: Evolve, 5 sessions
Grow your health and happiness with 30 days of one-on-one coaching. In one month, you’ll find more clarity in your life, greater wellness in your body and mind, and bigger joy in your days. This one month program will help you to breakthrough your limitations in your current life that are holding you back from your dream job, ideal home, perfect relationship, etc. You’ll gain clarity, narrow your focus, and let go of what you no longer need. Let your health and happiness grow beyond their current limits with this 30 day program.
6 weeks: Grow, 7 sessions
When you need more than just a month to grow within your dream life, this 6 week program is just what you need. This program is designed to help you unleash your dreams, as you create more balance in your life and health. By releasing the blocks around your health, the limitations in your life, and the preconceived ideas surrounding your health and happiness, you’ll find more space to let your dreams grown, your health flourish, and your happiness soar. In 6 weeks, you’ll get the exact tools you need for your dreams, your health, and your life to grow.
12 weeks: Bloom, 13 sessions
Sometimes, it takes a little longer for your vision to come to light. Whether big or small, some dreams don’t happen overnight. When you dreams need a little more time to grow and bloom, the 3 month program is for you. In 12 weeks, you’ll work deeply to realize and unleash your biggest dreams, even the ones that seem impossible to make happen. While you work to create deeper health and happiness, you’ll have the time and space to let it happen, along with 3 months of support to guide you further along your path. This 12 week program will take you from start to finish as you work to create the health and happiness you’ve always dreamed of for your life.
