Being an SLP is amazing, but it does not come with a how-to guide for the stress involved in the career. In fact, the stress is often the dirty-little-secret that most schools and supervisors try to hide, because they know how tough it can be – but also how amazing it truly is.
So what to do? Well, you could cal it quits for a few years like I did, or you could make a game plan on your own and struggle with that, OR you could dang some resources that help you on a daily basis to reduce, manage and take charge of your SLP stress.

The SLP Stress Management Shop contains journals, trackers, guides and more to help you build more awareness around what you are doing for your stress and then keep you going with it.
In the SLP Stress Management Shop, you’ll find downloadable/printable PDFs that you can use time and time again. Purchase once and download, then print it out as many times as you need.
There are self-care trackers, gratitude journals, and more. You can create journals or self-care tools of your own, by combining some of the resources, or check out some of the pre-made bundles. The shop is updated regularly.
